About

A Jill of all trades – and a master of the moments that matter.

Host, journalist, project manager, coach, facilitator, nonprofit administrator, consultant, curator of discussions, and soon-to-be-author. Creative at heart, passionate about improving everything in her path while creating meaningful, memorable experiences.

The many hats

Damisi has never been good at doing just one thing. Over the years, she has found herself on stage as a host, behind the camera as a journalist, in the weeds as a program manager, alongside others as a coach, at the front of the room as a facilitator, and in the background as an administrator — making sure systems actually work for the people they are meant to serve.

She expertly consults when a project needs a sharper edge. She intentionally curates discussions when a conversation calls for more than small talk. And she is writing her first book — because some stories deserve more than a podcast episode.

The through-line is simple: she is creative at heart, and everything she touches is an opportunity to make something meaningful, something memorable, something better than it was before.

“I don't collect titles. I collect moments that matter.”
